Australia is a country which can be affected by severe floods. I live on the north coast of the country and when the tropical storms arrive, the rain can fall for days. Last year, our home was flooded. I was really upset and I didn't know how we would rebuild our lives. Thankfully, I was able to call in a professional team of damage contractors. The contractors pumped the flood water out of our basement and then began work to salvage and repair our property. If you were to look at my home today, you would have no idea it had once been underwater.
